Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review Our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable to any products that You have purchased from Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to William Campbell, DBA Mars Premedia, Portland Oregon.

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• Service refers to the Website.

• Website refers to Mars Premedia, accessible from https://www.marspremedia.com

• You (including "Your" in this Agreement) means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Custom software is not eligible for return and refund. You are entitled to cancel Your Order for all other Goods within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of Your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of Your decision by sending a message via Our contact page.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your request for a refund. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. If reimbursing You by the same means of payment You used for the Order is not possible, We will use whatever means is available to return funds to You.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods are not custom software.
• The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
• For digital Goods that are assets used in graphic reproductions, the delivered digital Goods must deviate from a client approved proof or proofs, digital or physical, of the digital Goods. Digital Goods produced by Us that match a client approved proof, digital or physical, of the Digital Goods are not eligible for refund.

In no event are We responsible for any costs incurred by You beyond fees paid to Us for the purchase of any Goods that We have provided to You, including, but not limited to, production costs of graphic reproductions that use Goods that We have provided to You or postage to deliver graphic reproductions that use Goods that We have provided to You.

Returning Goods

Digital Goods do not require the Goods are returned rather all copies of the digital Goods are destroyed.
